Not going to be in during the day?
If you are not going to be in during the day we can deliver your order to your work address as long as your state your billing address first when ordering. Don't worry its very discreet!

Overnight by Courier is £6.50 - Delivery from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday
How long does it take to arrive?
Our average delivery time is 1-4 working days however please allow upto 14 days for postal delays.
Security and Discretion
All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication of the contents. All orders are sent recorded delivery for your security.
Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.
We will email you your tracking number on the day of dispatch.

Depending on the size of your order it will either be shipped by Royal Mail Airsure (Registered) or Fedex

Returns
Returns and Refunds
SmileSexToys.co.uk want you to be pleased with your purchase that's why we have a no fuss returns policy.
If for any reason you change your mind or are not happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for alternative items or a refund.
For reasons of hygiene however, please note that we cannot accept fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.
Defective Items
If a battery operated item appears defective, we recommend that you check the product using a different set of batteries, checking that they are fitted and positioned correctly, before returning it to us.
If any other product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it to us with its original box and any manuals and accessories within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that all returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.
Please clean the items before returning.
Clothing
Health and Hygiene restrictions unfortunately mean we cannot accept Lingerie or clothing items for return unless faulty.
All other items
For other items what we can say is that if you try any clothing on and its not quite right or its not what you expected please return the item in the condition you received it and we will refund or exchange the item for you. If an item is returned and found not to be in pristine condition we will be unable to offer an exchange or refund and will return the item to you at your expense.
Please note: we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, deduct our original shipping costs regardless of whether the items were eligible for free shipping and/or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount, if this condition is not satisfied.
Free Gifts
Please ensure you return all free gifts with your order or we reserve the right to deduct the selling price of the gifts from your refund. If you are in any doubt please contact us. For example if you are only returning part of your order and received 2 free gifts we may only require 1 back. This will be based on the free gift offer at the time of purchase.
DVD's and Magazines
We do not accept returns of DVDs or Magazines.
Returning an Item
No exchange or refund will be given until the original goods are received by us.
We advise you to send goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on its way back to us
